Do we need all six?
No. The six are how we organize the work, not a package you have to buy.
How long does this take?
The readiness assessment runs two weeks. Build and deploy usually run 8–12 weeks depending on how many teams are in scope. Governance work continues on a quarterly cycle after that.
What does it cost?
Assessment $4,500; the build phase is scoped per firm and quoted in writing after the assessment; optional governance $2,500/month.
Can you work with existing tools?
Yes. We audit what you already own before recommending new spend.
