This policy applies solely to information collected by this website, maybankadvisors.com. It tells you four things:
What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the site, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.
What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
The security procedures in place to protect against misuse of your information.
How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Information collection, use and sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to, or collect, information that you give us voluntarily — through a form on this site, by email, or by other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We use your information to respond to you about the reason you contacted us: to reply to an inquiry, to send a white paper or the margin model, to return your readiness assessment result, or to arrange a partner review. We will not share it with any third party outside our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
We do not use material submitted through this site to train third-party models.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you by email in future about new white papers, services, or changes to this policy. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Client confidential material
Do not send client-identifying or privileged material through this website. If an engagement requires it, Maybank agrees the route and the permitted-use position with you in writing first. This site is not a channel for your clients' confidential information.
Where the information is held, and for how long
Submissions are held in Maybank's CRM and email systems, operated by third-party providers under contract. Access is limited to people who need it for Maybank operations or for an engagement.
Inquiries and applications: three years from last contact.
Briefing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Readiness assessment submissions: three years, after which contact details are removed and the answers are retained only in aggregate.
Your access to and control over information
You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. At any time, by writing to privacy@maybankadvisors.com or calling (843) 974-1171, you can:
See what data we have about you, if any.
Change or correct any data we have about you.
Have us delete any data we have about you.
Raise any concern you have about our use of your data.
You can also decline analytics consent without losing access to anything on this site.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information, online and offline. Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection — you can verify this by looking for the closed lock in your browser, or for https at the start of the address.
Offline, only the people who need your information to do a specific job are granted access to it, and the systems in which it is stored are kept in a secure environment. This site takes no payment and collects no card or bank details.
Cookies
We use cookies on this site. A cookie is a small piece of data stored by your browser that helps us understand how the site is used and recognize a repeat visit, so we can tell which material is actually useful. Cookie use here is not linked to any personally identifiable information, and analytics run only with your consent.

This site links to others, including Pyxl and Winter Family Collective. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any other site. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of any site that collects personally identifiable information.
The readiness assessment
The ten-question readiness assessment on this site is entirely voluntary; you choose whether to complete it and whether to give us your contact details with it. Contact information is used to send you your result and to follow up if you ask us to. Answers are used to improve the assessment and to understand where firms are, and are reported only in aggregate.

This policy may change from time to time. All updates are posted on this page, and the date above is the date of the current version.

Tools, models and white papers are informational, and illustrative models are not forecasts. Governance sample language is a starting point for the firm’s counsel.
Copyright and use
The content of this site is ours. You may quote it with attribution, and you may forward, print and adapt the checklist and the sample disclosure language for use inside your own firm. You may not resell any of it or present it as your own work product.
Liability
No website content creates a professional relationship; the signed engagement letter governs.
Governing law
Tennessee.
The executed engagement letter governs any engagement. Where it differs from these terms, it prevails. If a term here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Accessibility statement
The standard we hold this site to, and where it does not yet meet it

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A statement that lists no gaps is not a statement, so the known ones are below. If something here stops you using the site, write to accessibility@maybankadvisors.com and we will fix it or give you the content another way.
What is in place
- A declared page language and a skip link on every page.
- Reduced-motion support on every page: animation is suppressed when your system asks for it.
- A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, on both light and dark grounds.
- Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Charts and diagrams built from text and layout rather than images, so their values are readable by a screen reader and survive zoom.
- Text contrast meeting AA against every background used.
Known limitations, as at this date
- The site requires JavaScript. With it disabled, page content is present but interactive tools — the assessment, the margin model, the booking calendar — will not run.
- Custom controls in the assessment, the resource library and the case studies are being re-checked for full keyboard and screen-reader semantics. Some may not yet announce their state correctly.
- No independent audit has been published. Everything above is our own testing.
- Some evidence captions beneath charts are set at 11 pixels. They repeat information available in the surrounding text.
