Prompt Review Checklist
Run before AI-assisted output reaches client work. Eleven checks in three groups. If a check fails, the output does not move.

Confidentiality
Material classified. The category of information used is identified, and the route taken was permitted for that category.
No privileged or client-identifying material transmitted outside the permitted boundary. Nothing privileged or client-identifying left a system the firm controls.
Client agreement checked. This client's terms permit assistive processing, or standard disclosure language is in place.
Constraint present in the prompt. The confidentiality boundary is written into the prompt itself, not held in the preparer's head.
Accuracy
Every factual claim traced. Each assertion is checked against a source the reviewer has seen. Plausible is not verified.
Figures recalculated. Numbers are independently derived, not accepted because they appear in the output.
Citations exist and say what is claimed. References are real, reachable, and support the point attributed to them.
Method followed. The output reflects the firm's documented method, not a generic approach the model supplied.
Tone and fit
Reads as the firm. Voice, register and vocabulary match how this firm writes to this client.
No unsupported confidence. Hedging and certainty are calibrated to what the evidence actually supports.
Output shape correct. The deliverable matches the required format without the reviewer reworking it.
Escalation. Anything touching privileged material, and anything the reviewer cannot independently verify, goes to the responsible partner before it moves. No exceptions under deadline.
